About your trip

Mungyeongsaejae Open Set (문경새재 오픈세트장) is part of Mungyeongsaejae Provincial Park in North Gyeongsang. As a historical Korean drama lover myself, visiting this place felt like a dream, as it has different sets and locations where have been filmed numerous dramas and movies like Bossam: Steal the Fate (2021), Kingdom (2020), The Crowned Clown (2019), Hwarang (2016), The Face Reader (2013), The Moon Embracing the Sun (2012), The Great King Sejong (2008), Taejo Wang Geon (2000), and many more📽✨️. The air of the place is so clean and everything surrounded by a beautiful landscape in case you just want to go for a walk, take photos and rest from the rush of the daily routine while you travel back in time to the Joseon dynasty🍃🍀.

TIP

Even if the admission is very cheap, arrive to the place can be a heavy task, that's why I would recommend to make the most of it. Mungyeong offers many other attractions besides the Open Set, so try to look for some of them, and maybe even consider taking a tour if you have the chance.
