Last spring, I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Busan with my friends. Despite the rainy weather, we were well-prepared with raincoats, so the rain didn't dampen our spirits. Our primary reason for visiting was to participate in an event organized by the BUSA Youth Community. This event turned out to be incredibly engaging, and the chosen spot added to its charm. The event was set in a picturesque forest with a serene stream flowing over large stones. The natural beauty of the location was truly breathtaking. One of the highlights of our visit was climbing Geumjeongsan, a prominent mountain in Busan. The hike took us around three hours, but it was an enriching experience in many ways. During the climb, we bonded with each other and made numerous new friends. The organizers provided us with food, including sandwiches, fruits, water, and chocolates, which kept us energized throughout the hike. The sense of camaraderie and the stunning views from the mountain made the climb worth every step. This adventure was more than just a hike; it was a chance to discover new places, meet new people, and create lasting memories. The beauty of Busan, coupled with the warm hospitality of the BUSA Youth Community, made this trip unforgettable. Experiences like these are why I love traveling to new places in Korea. They offer not only scenic beauty but also opportunities for personal growth and connection. I will always cherish the memories of that day, and I look forward to exploring more of Korea in the future.
If you go there on weekends the highway can be traffic. So, leave home a little early. Take some water and food and sneakers for climbing. Take camera with you cause the nature view is really breathtaking.
