Visiting the National Museum of Korea in March was an enriching and eye-opening experience! The museum’s vast collection of artifacts, from ancient Korean pottery and Buddhist sculptures to stunning calligraphy and royal treasures, gave me a deeper appreciation for Korea’s long and rich history. I spent four hours exploring the different exhibition halls, each filled with beautifully preserved relics from different dynasties. One of my favorite sections was the Joseon Dynasty gallery, where I learned about Korea’s advancements in science, art, and philosophy. The museum’s architecture was also impressive—modern, spacious, and surrounded by a peaceful garden with cherry blossoms in full bloom. I especially loved the Golden Crown of Silla, a breathtaking piece that showed the craftsmanship of Korea’s ancient kingdoms. The best part? Admission was free, making it a perfect place for history lovers and curious travelers alike. This visit truly deepened my understanding of Korea’s cultural heritage and left me in awe of its artistic and historical achievements!
