Seoul is the perfect place for a dreamy date, where old traditions mix with modern romance. One of my favorite memories ever is my Valentine's Day in Seoul—it felt like I was living in my own K-drama, full of beautiful sights, fun moments, and sweet surprises. The first thing I wanted to do when we got to Korea was, of course, wear a hanbok. It’s such a unique experience—cultural and romantic at the same time! We rented ours for just 10,000 won near Gyeongbokgung Palace, the most famous palace in Seoul. Walking around in hanbok made everything feel even more magical. We took a ton of photos, and my boyfriend, being his goofy self, pretended to be a lazy palace guard—definitely one of the funniest moments of the day! The palace itself was gorgeous, and we had so much fun just soaking in the scenery and pretending we were in a historical drama. After all that exploring, we were starving, so we headed for some Korean BBQ. There’s nothing better than sizzling meat on the grill, dipping it in sauces, and wrapping it up in fresh lettuce—so delicious! Sharing that meal just made the day even more special. As the sun started to set, we made our way to Namsan Tower—because let’s be real, no romantic day in Seoul is complete without it! We planned it just right so we’d get there before sunset, and wow, the view was incredible. Of course, we had to do the love lock thing, adding our own little piece to the thousands already there. It felt like such a classic K-drama moment. Some people say Paris is the most romantic place, but for me, standing at Namsan Tower with my love, looking out over the city, was an absolute dream come true. To end the night, we took a stroll through Hongdae, soaking up the buzzing energy of Seoul’s nightlife. Street performers, cool little shops, and just an all-around fun vibe—it was the perfect way to wrap up our perfect date. If you’re a K-pop or K-drama fan (or just a hopeless romantic like me), this is the ultimate Seoul date route. From dressing up in hanbok to locking your love at Namsan Tower, it’s one of those days you’ll remember forever!
